In SL 2018 CU4, when a client uses the Print to Directory option to print (or reprint) an Invoice in the Invoice Print (BI.INV.00) screen, the first attempt will create an illegible .doc file for the Invoice, but the attachment page will print to pdf. If the user then clicks the Print Invoices button a second time (not closing the screen or making any other changes), both the Invoice and Attachment will print to pdf.
Not seeing this documented anywhere as a reported issue, and I don't see it in the Summary of Changes in SL 2018 CU5.
Is this a known issue?
