Days are disabled in Time Card Entry

I am using dynamic SL 2018 CU2

I am facing a issue during creating time card entry 

I want to enter time logged details for the task on the daily basis. but not able to access the boxes.

I also try it by uncheck this checkbox "Disable days not in timecard period" setting is NOT checked in Time and Expense Setup, but still the Time Entry screens disabled in the grid.

Please let me know what could be the possible solution for this issue.
