Manual Check Entry 03.030.00

Hi,

I created a batch in Manual Check/Payment Entry 03.030.00 module when I released this batch it stayed in 'Partially Released" I tried releasing the batch through "Release AP Batches" but it didn't work. Can I delete the batch without affecting anything else in the system? CA is out of balance because of this.
