We have used four consultants in six years and have been disappointed with the level of knowledge and responsiveness. We are thinking about having a person on our accounting staff learn some of the back end processes in Microsoft Dynamics SL and Management Reporter to reduce our reliance on consultants. Does anyone have a suggestion for where to get training?
