I have a client who is trying to access customersource and is having some problems in doing so. Therefore I am hoping that someone here may have encountered similar issues and get throw some light on how to by pass the issue.
The client sent an email to Microsoft and has been set up as Administrator. However, on attempting to log on to customersoure, they are getting and access denied webpage, stating that they need to associate the account with their profile or click on "assistance". Needless to say that they kept going around in a loop on clicking or the options given.
Could anyone offer any assistance to this issue?
