Vendor Balance Sheet by Period

Hello, i just migrate to SL 2015, and i'm having trouble with Report # 0365100 . I use this Vendor Balance Sheet By Period to check how much i own  my vendors . But the problem is that if i choose from September  it works, but if i choose October it doesn't.  Maybe there is a fix for this report?
