There used to be a document (Technical Bulletin, White Paper, etc.) that provided details on how to build your own Custom Order Management Steps in the Order Types screen. I remember a good bit of the info, but was searching for the document (PartnerSource, Dynamics Forums, Google, etc.) and could not find it online.
Anyone recall this document, its location, or is willing to forward it to me?
