I am presently doing some extensive checking of Management Reporter CU14 after a migration from FRx.
After upgrading and migrating both SL and FRx to Dynamics 2015CU1 and MR CU 14 respectively, I noticed some problems with MR and I am wondering if anyone saw this before and/or have a possible solutions to these issues. The issues are as follows:
Firstly, on printing a report for the end of February (this year was a leap year) MR do not recognized that 2016 is a leap year and it printing the report as at February 28th 2016. Now I am not sure if any transaction that was posted to the GL on the 29th February is taken into consideration, but it is a problem since the client wants to see the date being 29th February 2016.
Secondly, I decided to do some comparisons of the balances for the same period in FRx and MR to make sure that MR migrated the data properly and I came upon this other issue. For an account that uses conditional options of DR or CR, is throwing out balances that do not equal what I am seeing in FRx. However, when I remove the DR in one case it shows the correct balance but when I remove the CR in another case the balance is completely wrong and does not equal what is in FRx. So far all other accounts that are not using DR or CR is showing correctly.
Has everyone noticed this, any suggestion on how to fix these issues will be appreciated.
