I have a issue with one of my associates here where he can not access his timecards at all. I have search online on how to resolve this issue but I can not find anything. When he clicks on the timecard number nothing happens. I had Accounting verify that everything was entered correctly on their end and they said that it is. I have clear his cashe, made sure that he did not have any malware running in the background and ran the command sfc /scannow to check if there where any issues there and that came back clean, I made sure that he was running the correct version of Explore and he is running version 11. Also there are no errors visible on the page anywhere. I really don't know how to resolve this issues. Can you please help.
