Counting list/ journal or cycle count work for empty locations

Hi,

Is it possible to generate a counting list/ journal so that the workers can validate empty locations? If I add [Inventory Dimensions].[Physically Available] = 0, and 'Include empty locations' I get every locations multiple times per item instead of just a single location.

Is it possible to use 'cycle count' on scanner for that by creating a cycle count plan?
