We have an issue where, in our steps, we check credit on order release. This order went on hold and even after the order is overridden (using credit managers assistant), it goes back on hold. And, when it goes back on hold (at the point it should be creating PO's) much later than it should. The order does not appear in credit manager to be approved again. In the case below, this customer has plenty of credit/room. The limit is $50,000, current balance of $4600, no orders shipped and not yet invoiced, and this order of $14811.
It should've never went on hold and certainly when released, never went back on hold (event log below). Oddly, this happens on only a small number of orders but am trying to determine why as well as why is does not go back into credit manager for release/reapproval.
