We have installed the AP to AR third party customization from ASI at our client and now the users aren't able to edit their AP voucher and adjustment entry batches. If they make any change to the batch such as deleting a document or editing any value in doc or tran, the batch will not release. We have tried editing in Standard Mode thinking the customization to the screen may be causing an issue but had no success. Once the batch is edited you cannot release it - you get the message in the event log to contact the reseller with no system error number.
The program was installed in test and we do not have this problem in test.
