We have one user that when she launches the AR Invoice/Memo screen the screen loads but the SL icon in the upper left is missing. The screen also has all the date fields filled in with an old 2009 date? You can try to select the document type, the drop down opens but there are no values listed (Invoice, DM, CM, CS). The screen is frozen and the only way to get out of the screen is to kill it with task manager.
This occurs for any SL user including SYSADMIN.
This occurs only on this workstation, same user logged onto any other client system works fine.
I have uninstalled/rebooted/reinstall all with out errors.
I have tried deleting the Menu Cache, I did this because we had another client system that improperly displayed another screen.
There are no customizations on this screen.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
