I have a journal transaction that I entered and then did a reverse and correct entry on. For some reason the reverse entry did not pick up a control total? When I try to release the batch I get a system message 818 "Batch is out of balance by XXXXX.XX. Do you want to edit?" If I say Yes to edit it it does not let me edit it since it is a reversing entry. If I say No it just pops out of the screen and leaves it on hold instead of releasing it. The original and correcting entries are fine.
